YOUR LIMITS FIRST
Keep play in perspective.
Gambling is paid entertainment with a risk of losing money. It is not a way to earn an income or solve financial problems. This site is for adults aged 18+ only.
Decide your limits in advance
Use only money you can afford to lose after everyday expenses. Set a time limit as well as a spending limit, take regular breaks and never borrow to gamble. Avoid playing when upset or under the influence.
Know when to stop
Chasing losses, hiding your gambling or spending more than planned are reasons to pause. You do not need to finish a bonus or use a promotion. Walking away is always an option.
Use the casino’s controls
Ask casino support about deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and confirm how they apply to your account. Device blocking tools and bank gambling-payment blocks may also help where available.
Find support
If gambling is causing harm, speak to someone you trust and seek independent support. Gambling Therapy provides international support and information at gamblingtherapy.org. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
